TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) All price listed is in Ringgit Malaysia.

2) All items are quoted before adding postage charges and buyer bears all postage charges.

3) Payment must be done within 3 working days after order confirmation is done.

4) Colours of the items may be slightly different due to monitor settings and photography. VERY minimal tweaking was involved.

5) Items sold are NOT returnable / refundable / exchangeable unless damaged or unrestockable *

6) All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.

7) We will NOT be responsible for any lost/damaged items during the course of delivery.  Follow up with parcel's status can be done with pos malaysia's hotline 1-300-300-300

8) Remakes upon request and supplies availability

Customizations are ok, but please note that additional service tax shall be incurred for the extra running about  :P

As for remakes of handmade item, please do understand that it does take a lil time (and as much as I'd like to do this full time, I do have a boring 9-5 job) so please do give me approximately 2-6 days to make your stuffs (unless stated otherwise)

1) Payments can be made via Internet or by cash deposit at any counters or ATM.

2) My bank account no. details will be provided upon confirmation of order.

3) Please inform us via email once payment is done.

4) Remember to keep the copy of the receipt as proof.

5) Orders are confirmed once payments received.

6) Please please please no backing out once orders are confirmed. In the case of MIA for 3 consecutive days, the product will be released to the next interested party.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

*In the case of delivery of wrong or damaged item (not resulting from the error of the postal company), do email us at be-delirious@hotmail.com within 3 days after receipt. The item must be in its original packaging to ensure its safety. We will promptly exchange the item upon receiving the original package.
